Job Scope:

• Manage and coordinate sea export / import shipments.
• Create and manage export / import documents and customs declarations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costs, close shipment files, and file documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
• Handle transactions, billing, and charge collection.
• Follow up on cargo issues with warehouses and overseas offices.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics/supply chain related studies or equivalent
• Entry Level. No Experience are welcome to apply!
• Candidates with Import / Export experience in related industry will be a bonus
• Knowledge & experience in handling shipping documentation (Permit Declaration/ Shipping Incoterm) will be an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum 3 ‘N’ /1 ‘O” Level/ Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma/Degree
• Able to commit shift work system
