• Sharing session with Transaction Monitoring and Sanction team members during ongoing regular meetings

• At least Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity in a Bank in Singapore
• Strong knowledge in local rules and regulations
• Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments

Job Description

• Maintain good relationship with local market players in DCM;
• Conduct research in SGD Bond market;
• Maintain and update data used in marketing material;
• Prepare pitching material for potential clients, undertaking relevant analysis, identifying relevant comps;
• Assist in developing market updating and indicative pricing to prospective issuers;
• Assist in transaction execution and taking a lead role in certain aspects thereof;
• Liaise with other desks within the bank to furnish the ad-hoc internal works.
• Other ad-hoc projects and works as required by the manager.

Job Requirements

• Recognized bachelor degree and above
• Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients from China
• At least 3 years of experience in DCM origination
• Ability and dedication to meet strict deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good team player
• Highly detailed-oriented, self-motivated and fast learner

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and update general worker Contracts, Salary Review Letter, Renewal Contract/Letter.

Processing of payroll.

Administer the processing of Work Pass administration which include application, renewal and termination.

Handle and provide administrative duties within the HR department.

Other HR job assigned.

Requirements:

More than 1 years’ experience in HR assistant.

Must be very meticulous and sensitive to numbers.

Be able to communicate in both Mandarin and English.

Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.

Good in planning and coordinating skills.

Knowledge in MS Office.
