As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a wide range of inquiries, requests, and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Information:

Working Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: 5 days, including weekends depending on monthly schedule - 9am to 8.30pm (Sundays will be 9am to 6.30pm)

Job Duties:

• Provide support to customer queries/ feedback on products, services and prevailing promotions.
• Facilitate access for customer to their safe deposit box
• Onboarding and Offboarding of customers including handling of payments
• Handle ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Pleasant and cheerful personality
• Computer literacy (Microsoft words, excel, outlook). SAP knowledge will be advantageous
• Willing to perform overtime ,weekends and public holidays
• Candidates with customer service experience will be considered favorably
