Job Overview
Incumbent will manage & support all HR functions by working closely with peers, employees as well as external vendors. In addition, you will also be managing end-to-end training and development activities as well as participate in HR projects.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high quality HR services in a fast pace service industry.
- Oversee and manage full spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee/labour relations, training and development, compensation and benefits.
- Develop and/or execute HR programs in alignment to Corporate strategies in the area of attracting, motivating and retaining qualified staff.
- Plan and manage all training and development programs and processes, including TNA as well as end-to-end training administrative processes.
- Participate in learning and talent development programs where we aim to build a continuous learning culture and talent pipeline.
- Execute scholarship and internship programs by building close partnerships with academic institutions.
- Keep abreast and ensure legal compliance with government’s rules and regulations.
- Review, update and communicate job requirements and descriptions for all positions to maintain work structure of the company.
- Develop and recommend HR practices/procedures that assist in the growth of the facility, while ensuring compliance with firm’s policies/local laws/regulations.
- Partner with the business to facilitate and bridge resolutions regarding employee relation matters, including performance management, career conversations, counseling and managing grievances and discipline.
- Collaborate with line on performance, salary & bonus review exercises.
- Development of an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
- Working in teams/independently with minimal supervision and decision making.
- Participate actively in contributing to HSE development and improvement.
Job Requirements
Min degree in Business Administration or HRM
• Min 3 years’ experience in HR Generalist role
• Experience with managing end-to-end Training and Development programs.
• Meticulous with a keen eye on details
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated
• Able to interact with people of different levels.
• Resourceful with a high degree of professional integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
