We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at HSF Prolegis Formal Law Alliance for a 6-month parental leave cover. The HR Advisor will play a critical role as the face of HR for HSF Prolegis Formal Law Alliance, building strong relationships with employees at all levels and managing day-to-day processes in the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Graduate Recruitment/Resourcing: Develop and manage the graduate recruitment programme, including job postings, CV screening, interview arrangements, and offer discussions. Coordinate HR processes for vacation schemes and trainee programs, and oversee the Arbitration internship programme.
