Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
Monitor and mitigate financial risks, including tax and audit issues.
Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports.
Oversee internal controls and implement improvements where necessary.
Strategic Leadership
Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company’s financial strategy.
Evaluate and advise on financial planning, forecasting, and risk management.
Advise on business decisions, identifying risks, and opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Lead long-term financial planning and scenario analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory standards.
Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
