Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer (E&I)

Salary: $4000 - $4300

Working Days & Hours: 5 days | Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

- Review electrical engineering drawings and design electrical systems

- Create electrical installation details, single-line diagrams, panel layouts, electrical & signal cable routing and BQ material lists.

- Conduct site survey and retrieve information to complete drawing, layout and design including tagging database, point of connection, technical specifications.

- Develop & review the Process Instrumentation and Control documentation such as P&ID, logic diagrams, control narratives, IO signal list, cable list, control panels.

- Support site installation, site acceptance test and function test during Test & Commissioning phase.

- Coordinate and review with sub-contractor, third party vendor, system owner.

- Ensure Quality & Health Safety standard and regulatory compliance

- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Job Requirement:

- Min Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering

- At least 2 Years of Relevant Experience

- Basic understanding of Process Control & Automation (PLC) applications.

- At Least 1 Year of Experience in Microelectronics, Semiconductor or related Cleanroom Factory Automation environment will be preferred.

- Able to Perform SCADA Integration & PLC Programming Update will be advantageous.

5) HR Administration:

• Manage and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Apply for a work visa /work permit when needed for overseas project
• Arrange transportation, Air ticket arrangements, lodging arrangements, etc.

6) Payroll administration:

• Assist in regional payroll, Tax, staff claims, etc…
• Assistant in Insurance coverage

7) Benefits and Compensation:

• Support in managing compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.
• Assist in benchmarking and reviewing compensation structures to remain competitive in the market.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources
• 3-5 years and above of relevant experience in HR Functions at regional.
• Good working knowledge of Employment-related/labor laws and regulations

Responsibilities:

• Processes payments and other financial transactions received through the group e-invoice portal and posting into the SAP system
• Reconciliation of invoices
• Liaises with vendors on invoice related queries
• Sorts and distributes supplier email correspondences
• Escalates issues to Invoice Processing Team Lead when necessary to avoid delays in processing
• Performs any ad hoc tasks as required by supervisor
