Provide full support of HR functions including office administration work and any other HR activities, as follows:
•     Day to day HR operation and administrative support.
•     Assist in planning and coordinating training and development programs.
•     Maintain employee training records and update training resources.
•     Manage training evaluation and feedback surveys and prepare reports for analysis.
•     Handle staff queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
•     Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
•     Assists in creating training materials and e-learning guides.
•     Ensure training venues are set up for sessions.
•     Maintain and update employee training records.
•     Assist in HR budgeting.
•     Assist in the administration of employee benefits and insurance programs.
•     Ensure compliance with PDPA guidelines and reviews.
•     Plan and coordinate recreation and events activities.
•     Backup for all other HR/admin support function.
•     Perform any other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
•     Self-motivated and positive working attitude
•     Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•     Strong organizational skills & resourceful and meticulous.
•     Effective analytical and critical thinking skills
•     Tech-savvy and proficient in MS office & Google suite.
•     Degree in Business/HR Management, or other related disciplines.
