Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments for trade vendors.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents for trade facility applications.
• Monitor invoices lacking Goods Received Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Sales Team for timely resolution.
• Track advance payments to vendors, ensuring invoices are matched to GRN and accurately posted in the ERP system.
• Manage all transactions related to trade accounts payable within the ERP system.
• Reconcile vendor statements of accounts to ERP records.
• Address year-end audit inquiries specifically related to accounts payable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.

Job Description

· Responsible to perform his/her work in accordance to the relevant HSSE regulations and other requirements

5. Preventing siltation of drains

· Provision of proper maintenance of septic tank(s)/ holding tank(s), chemical/ portable toilet(s) and other sanitary facilities

· Any other environmental health matters

· Responsible to inspect the workplace/ project to ensure all facilities and equipment relevant to the maintenance of environmental health are in proper working condition and do not pose any environmental health hazard

· Responsible to attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the Manager in-charge of such irregularities accordingly

Job Experience

· Registered ECO cum ECMO with minimum 5 years of working experience in a construction firm, preferably experience in LTA /PUB project/HDB/MPA requirement

Document Retention:

• Supports the team and department to maintenance of the records retention program as

  delivery to our DF.

Support Shipping and Export Operations Compliance

• Support Outbound to work with Shipping for cargo readiness and coordinate with our
  Forwarders to secure flights to meet OTD.
• Review day to day shipping documents and ensure that all trade docs, CI (Commercial Invoices),
  PL (Packing Lists) and AWB (Airway Bills) in connection with the orders are in place and compliant
  with shipping practices.

Skills and Expertise:
1. 3-5 years’ experience in logistics operations and Trade Compliance industry.
