Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics
• Position Title: Customer Service Officer (Sales Support)/ Sales Admin
• Working Location: Loyang
• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am – 6 pm) Sat (9 am – 1 pm) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.
• Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Negotiate with carriers and co-loaders for best freight rates to ensure the profit margins and targets are met.
• Handle RFQs.
• Communicate and coordinate with operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
• Understand and analyse market trends, assist with providing pricing strategies for clients.
• Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow-ups.
• Report generation.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

• Issuance of security passes / keys
• Main lobby duties
• Fire Command Centre duties
• Safe box opening
• VVIP / cash escort
• Patient escort
• Patrolling / crowd control duties
• Incident management
• Report writing
• Perform preliminary investigations on reported incidents
• Conduct pre-deployment briefing
• Assist in deploying security officers during tour of duty
• Check workability of security equipment installed
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Possesses Senior / Security Officer Certifications
• Possesses Security Officer license issued by Police Licensing & Regulatory Department ( PLRD)
• Min two years of experience as a security officer
• Comfortable with 1 Year Contract basis
