Senior architectural designer (m/f) – Singapore

Your duties:

Work closely with the Design team to develop architectural design from schematics to detailed design and pre-construction documentation;

Coordinate with client team, project manager, construction manager and others to develop design deliverables and construction documents;

Review and manage design deliverables;

Responsible for coordination and quality control of design and construction documents;

Monitor and mentor junior architectural staff.

Your skill set:

Minimum 6 years post-graduate working experience in an international architecture office;

Professional degree (Master’s) in Architecture;

Several years of professional experience with complex and demanding projects;

Strong design skills and sound construction knowledge – illustrated in a comprehensive portfolio;

Experience working on BIM/ Revit projects;

Computer skills should include REVIT, Rhino, Microstation, Illustrator, and Photoshop; Knowledge of Grasshopper/Dynamo is a plus;

Fluent in English / good knowledge of German is an advantage;

Self-Motivated, pro-active and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;

Confident working in an international organization.

Responsibilities:

• Process buyers’ orders
• Provide customer service

• Work closely with production on order lead-times, manage day-to-day issues, and ensure timely delivery

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in the garment industry or Diploma in Fashion Merchandising or related field

Responsibilities:

• Create mood boards, develop designs, and present them.
• Conduct research on designs and fabrics, source materials, and prepare prototypes.
• Create technical drawings for sampling and presentation.
• Liaise with relevant parties on development and construction.
• Manage the fabric and trims library.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in fashion design.
• Knowledge of textiles, garment construction, design, and development.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills.

• Utilize various marketing channels to promote vehicles, including online platforms, social media, and print advertising

• Negotiate pricing and terms with prospective partners to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.

• Close sales transactions efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the handover process

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consignors, ensuring clear communication and transparency.

• Foster long-term relationships with partners, providing ongoing support and assistance.

• Generate repeat business and referrals through excellent service and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

• Prior experience in automotive sales is required.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Strong understanding of automotive products, including different makes, models, and features.

• Ability to assess the condition and value of vehicles accurately.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and consignors.

• Proficient in negotiation techniques and strategies to secure favourable deals for both the buyer and the seller.

• Familiarity with computer software and online platforms used for listing and marketing consigned vehicles.

• Possessing a valid Singapore driving license is preferred.
