Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years in a senior operational leadership role within a tech-driven manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in managing diverse functions, including operations, sales, and supply chain management, focusing on plant operations and industrial processes.
• Fluency in Mandarin as this role manages the Greater China market
• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage P&L, and drive operational and financial performance.
• Strategic leadership capabilities with significant international experience.
• Extensive experience in China and regional markets is essential; experience in digital transformation is a plus.

Job scope:
