Reporting to the CEO, you shall be responsible to

• Act as a central point of contact for local and regional regulatory issues
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all MAS regulations
• Monitor sanctions developments and their impact on the business
• Lead or participate in compliance review covering key aspects of the Company’s operations to ensure adherence to the Group’s policies, operating procedures and regulatory requirements
• Provide necessary compliance trainings to staff
• Formulate the Compliance and Governance strategy (including Enterprise Risk Management - ERM)
• Work closely with the Head of Departments on sales, partnership, non-disclosure, PDPA agreements and other contracts
• Perform evaluations on compliance activities, present and report non-compliance and risk issue findings to the management

Job Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance/Accountancy, Law, Corporate Governance or equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant working experience preferably in the Insurance/ financial industry
• Strong knowledge of MAS regulatory
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and tight datelines
• Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and drive

· Work in a team to manage the day-to-day estate operational matters in the Division

· Report to Property Manager of the division

· Involve in the inspection of horticultural works, conservancy cleaning, upgrading building projects, building maintenance issues and all other estate maintenance related works

· Manage and maintain residential and commercial properties in the division

· Liaise with and supervise contractors

· Attend and follow up on feedback from residents

· Carry out enforcement actions related to common property and open space by laws

Loan Officer (Licensed Money Lending)

3k and above plus monthly comm payout

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in understanding personal loan products and determining the best options based on their financial needs.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information on loan terms, conditions, and repayment schedules.
• Manage the loan application process from start to finish, including documentation and initial credit assessments.
• Ensure all loan applications meet company policies and regulatory requirements, collaborating with the compliance team as needed
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt approval and disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
• Address and resolve client inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients, promote loan products, and encourage referrals from satisfied clients.
• Meet monthly targets for loan disbursements while upholding a commitment to responsible lending practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and loan statuses.
• Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s money lending regulations and company policies.
• Work with the Collections manager for Overdue account payments and Site visits for collections work

Job Requirements:

• More than 5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in a licensed moneylending background.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s lending regulations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills for managing multiple applications.
