• Maintain and update Approved Vendor List on a monthly basis
• Issue purchase orders
• Upkeep and maintain historical records of past and current purchases
• Monitor all returns to suppliers for repair / replacement
• Ensure packing of goods for customers is done in a quality manner
• Prepares Deliver Order and shipping documents pertaining to delivery of spares and equipment to customers.
• To ensure that correct part numbers of equipment and spares are documented in all documents
• Ensure delivery of goods to customers is done in a timely manager
• To assist in the issuance of materials to internal customers
• To receive, check and verify the equipment delivered to the Store in terms of accuracy of item, quantity and quality
• To conduct inventory cycle count of all stock keeping unit and ensure accuracy.
• To maintain proper records of all items received and issued
• To ensure proper housekeeping, purchasing, security and layout of stocks in the store in accordance with Company’s regulations and procedures
• To participate in Company’s annual stock-take as directed by your supervisor
• Keep track of all delivery schedules and shipment dates.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum a Diploma in Supply Chain/Engineering/Business Administration
• At least 3 year’s working experience in Marine Navigation and Communication industry field
• Those without relevant experience could also apply as training will be provided
• Experience in using ERP system
• Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
• Able to communicate with all levels, self-driven and a team player
• Good negotiation and planning skill
• Forklift driving licence (optional)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8:30am -5:30pm

Salary : $2800 - $3100 (depends)

Job Scope

• To assist in the drafting of customer agreements for the Group on a timely basis
• To conduct searches, collate and verify relevant documents from various parties and ensure completeness of documentation before drafting of agreements
• To maintain proper filing of contracts and safe keeping of original agreements at all time
• To assist and support in providing contract related information to various parties as and when requested
• Preparation of documents to respective finance personnel for accounting purposes
• Scanning and upload the full contracts with all attachments onto ERP Systems
• Create of new customer code.
• To furnish final reminder, initial and commence legal proceeding as according to the Group protocol
• To monitor and follow-up on legal cases until the cases have closed or conclude
• To liaise with lawyers on legal matters
• Arrange to meet up with customers together with Sales personnel to negotiate repayment plans
• To update respective Finance/Commercial/Credit Control personnel on account status on legal related matters
• Any other ad-hoc assignments
