Job Description:

• Assist with procurement
• Processing of petty cash and invoices
• Verifying payment listings and maintaining of vendor listing
• Checking of payment vouchers from facilities
• Checking of management accounts and financial statements
• Prepare, review of budget proposals and monitoring of expenditure
• Checking of finance documents in preparation and provide support for audit
• Maintaining and updating of Admin and Finance records
• Tagging of fixed assets, inventory, and condemnation of items
• Issuing and obtaining signatures for Cheque
• Provide secretarial support for committee meetings
• Other Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

• With relevant experience
• Possess at least Diploma cert
• Able to attend meeting or work on weekend whenever required (quarterly meeting)

• Answering incoming and outgoing calls
• Conducting appointment bookings via phone calls, faxes and emails
• Rescheduling and management of appointments
• Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders
• Handling and resolving complaints
• Providing call back service to callers
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested

• Min N / O / A Lvl / Nitec
• Customer service or call centre experience
• Shift or office hours available

• Process customers’ requests in the Card Services Financial Payment function
• Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback/complaints and queries promptly

The Requirements:

• Min GCE A Level and above with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with positive attitude
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power point
