Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of HR policies and protocols.
• Familiar with MOM Regulations (e.g.: knowledge on EP/SP/WP application/renewal)
• 360 recruitments (Drafting of job ads, jobs posting, sourcing out for candidate, prescreen, onboarding, departure, and the entire employee lifecycle in compliance with employment laws)
• Administer payroll operations, including monthly processing, CPF contributions, and yearly IR8A returns.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Supervise daily HR department operations.

• Coordinate exit interviews to identify reasons for resignation.

Process and compute payroll of both full-timers’, part-timer’s and internship staff

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct hiring activities in accordance with programme funding model.
• Work closely with HOD on job description to define requirements and competencies for hiring needs, source for talents, plan for interviews and selection procedures.
• Update vacancies on job boards and liaise with external agencies as well as educational schools.
• Negotiate, advise salary package, and provide HR advisory on the potential career progression opportunities within MINDS. Coordinate with new hire for orientation date.
• Prepare, complete, and follow up on new hire on-boarding including interview assessment form, salary proposal, and offer letter, medical and other on-boarding documents.
• Keeping up to date Staff Movement File (new hire), provide advice on cost centre, reporting structure, assign email address and e-client access.
• Accurate and timely update of new hired details into HR system, Frontier.
• Manage and handle any work pass applications.
• Participate in staff movement exercise, retirement & re-employment exercise.
• Prepare logistics and coordinate for jobs/career fairs, internship programs.
• Prepare documents relating to contract renewal and conversion, transfer, redesignation, issue letter/notice and load documents into hr system Frontier.
• Assist to review and improve processes/sources to ensure effectiveness and efficiency to meet current & future demands.
• Prepare quarterly reports (Dashboard) for management reporting.
• Prepare paperwork, schedule, and work coordinate with cross functional departments to facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Provide HR advisory to the employees in relation to HR policies and benefits matters.
• Provides support in managing foreign workers.
• Conduct exit interviews, compile, and analyse reasons for attributions.
• Handle all HR engagement projects and initiatives.
• Manage and resolve any employee or workplace issues, grievances, and disciplinary cases.

• Diploma/Degree qualification in a related field of expertise

Job Role

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in full spectrum HR functions

• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and in a team
• Analytical mindset and experience with HRMS software (e.g. EPE, Access or Info-Tech)

Supervise the service provider for the common area of the condominium. Follow up on feedback and request by the Manager and council members. Source for quotation and recommend for adhoc and contracted job. Monitor house moving/ renovation of the estate. Ensure the estate is smoothly run. Admin work on the adminstration of contract, quotation and etc. Enforcement of bylaw.

Assist with the preparation of council meeting and follow up on action after the meeting. Preparation of yearly AGM and minutes writing

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To be alert and aware of all occurrences within the assigned premises
• Foot Patrol and static post duty (as and when required only)
• Securing and opening of multiple facilities
• To control the traffic within the school premise (min. 2 hours per shift)
• Computer literate
• Assist to manage Events Security traffic control, ground execution, and rotation
• Assisting to escort VIPs/Guests and direct them to stipulated parking locations on ad hoc basis
• Enforcing SOP and compliance to the external ground officers
• To standby and response to emergencies or requests
• To do basic troubleshooting for security equipment (before engaging contractors for repair)
• Any other security related work as required by the Reporting officer

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level, 'N' level, A level, ITE
• Security License Holder
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Physically fit for long hours of duty on foot (min. 6 hours per shift)
• A mature, warm and energetic team worker with a pleasant disposition
• Able to work on three rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Possess situational awareness, able to multi-task and response to activation messages (within 5 minutes)
• Excellent customer service skills. Able to communicate with people of different nationalities. Good people skills.
• Possess class 3/3A/2B/2A/2 license would be advantageous
• Any other security related certifications would be advantageous
