• Update and implement the compensation program annually, rewrite job descriptions as necessary, conduct salary surveys, analyze compensation, monitor the performance evaluation program, and revise as needed.
• Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures, maintain a handbook on policies and procedures, perform benefits administration, and conduct an annual re-evaluation of policies for cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Must have completed at least An Advanced Diploma in business-related field with any major.
