Responsibilities
· Provide HR-specific administrative support.
· Able to handle essential recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.
· Perform in other related work as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ or equivalent certification.
· Preferred candidate with ability to speak mandarin in order to liase with client/counterpart.
· Analytical skills, organized, precise, cooperative, flexible and good initiative.
· Able to make decisions and take responsibility within their scope of work.
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
