Job Description

1. Responsible for the successful project management, implementation and handover within specified schedule, budget and meeting client’s expectation, relevant regulatory and safety requirements.

2. Full time supervisions on onsite projects operations and project teams to ensure on-time project delivery according to the planned schedule and within the resources allocated.

3. Liaise with clients, consultants, main-contractors and relevant authorities on design, work progress, quality, safety and schedules.

Job Requirement

-Understand the cost price, prepare quotations, bid for projects, communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback
