As a HR Generalist, you will play a key role in driving and overseeing various aspects of people and culture management to enhance productivity and ensure effective HR service delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Payroll Management:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary proration, CPF submissions, and statutory payments.
• Ensure accurate bank details and timely submission of bank files; provide payroll GL to finance for reconciliation, file IR21 for foreign resignees and annual IR8A.
• Prepare payroll-related reports for management, government agencies, and auditors.
• Assist in payroll system upgrades and maintain the confidentiality of payroll data.

2. Talent Acquisition & Training:
