Job Description

• Manage full set of accounts for the business and Japan holding company’s needs
• Lead and guide Accounts Team on daily operations (GL, AR, AP, intercompany balances, transactions and cash-flow, staff’s claims reimbursements etc.)
• Provide business analysis, consolidation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results and support production of yearly budgets and revenue forecast
• Monitor, assess and ensure timely and accurate transaction for closing of monthly/quarterly/ yearly reporting of financial and management reports, as well as prepare financial reports for Japan HQ
• Review consolidation package done by subsidiary companies and report to Japan HQ
• Support communication with Japan HQ and subsidiary companies when required
• Review and support the accounts of subsidiary companies
• Reconcile, process and report all costing, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Ensure tasks are carried out in compliance with operating standards, company rules & regulations and statutory requirements
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of statutory reports
• Maintain fixed assets processes and procedures (including disposal, verification and depreciation of fixed assets etc.)
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary etc. on annual statutory audit and tax matters
• Assist in management of transactions related to bonds and fixed deposit
• Handle J-SOX, internal control related queries and reporting required by Japan holding company
• Handle FRS116 accounting and review on new leases
• Handle Company’s tax reporting (GST, Corporate tax submission, withholding tax etc.)
• Liaise with HR regarding verification of payroll and CPF matters
• Liaise with respective business units to understand financial information needs in order to work out efficient and effective solutions
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min 5 years of hands-on experience in full set of accounts is required
• Min Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy (candidates with CPA or CA certification will be a plus)
• IT savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and Oracle NetSuite
• Experience in managing team(s)

Salary: $2500 - $3500 (based on experience)

Working Days & Hours: Mon - Thurs 8:30am - 6:30pm ; Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Job Description:
The CNC Machinist works under close supervision to carry out structured work while adhering closely to standard work instructions and procedures.

• Interpret types of drawings such as assembly and detail drawings.
• Interpret drawings in different angle projections.
• Interpret drawings presented in sectional views from cutting planes.
• Interpret type of fits and tolerances based on hole basis and shaft basis systems.
• Interpret technical specifications of the component from the drawings such as the material, hardness, critical dimensions, etc.
• Interpret 3D drawings such as geometrical tolerances, symbols and notations.
• Determine dimensions with critical tolerances to take special care for fabrication.
• Access and interpret international drawing conventions and standards.
• Determine job requirements from the blue prints
• Check and ensure correct work material is used.
• Write and verify a CNC part programme.
• Perform tool setting and compensation.
• Operate the CNC milling/ lathe machine to carry out the machining process.
• Check work piece for conformance with specifications.
• Observe safety procedures and adhering to personal safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
• Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
• Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
• Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management
