Responsibilities:

• Supporting of daily operations in the security office.
• Support company new implementation process for security purpose.
• Support document control administrative work.
• Maintain counter area to make sure the 5S housekeeping is in place.
• Assist on security check for Employee / Visitors / Vendors.
• Other non-security job function e.g. temperature screening, post, collect and distribute mail.
• Any other duties assign by General Affair Manager.

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' Level / ITE in any discipline.
• Possess a Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) License / Valid Basic Security License.
• Able to peform rotating 12-hours shift (day & night).
• No experience required, open for trainings.
• Good customer service, basic computer literacy.
• Multitasking and good team player.
