Temporary Admin. Assistant/Officer (Payroll Data)
Assist in payroll migration processing and ensuring accuracy
Data entry to Infotech payroll system
Key-in payroll data including deductions, overtime, and statutory contributions
Input payroll reports and reconciliation of salaries and allowances.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance
Photocopy, scanning, filing and archiving of documents.
Handle general HR administrative matters
Requirements
Some payroll and HR administration experience
Highly proficient in MS Excel
Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel)
Independent & strong in multi-tasking
Good working attitude
Can start work immediately
