Key Responsibilities (this includes but not limited to):

Receptionist Duties

• Answering, screening and directing of all incoming calls to the relevant person/department.
• To ensure frontline enquiries and excellent customer service is delivered.
• Attend to visitors and direct them to the relevant person or department.
