The incumbent shall report to the Global HR Operations Section Head and will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR generalist and admin duties under the section. The candidate needs to possess a high level of initiative and takes ownership on all tasks and projects assigned. 1) Onboarding/off boarding

• Assist in pre-onboarding procedures such as drafting of employment contract and application of the necessary work passes, if required, as well as the necessary documents, if any.

2) HR Operations

3) Work Pass Applications

• Apply and monitor all foreign passes (Work Permits, SPasses, Employment Passes, Dependant Passes, Letter of Consents, TWP etc.) and process its renewal on time.
• Perform administration of training programmes for employees, whenever necessary.
• Submit government claims such as SDF funding, maternity, Childcare, NS claims etc.
• Take charge of off boarding procedures and its administrative works such as preparation of offboarding letters, update HR system and employee personal files, etc.

Job Description
