About the Role
Reporting to the Country Head of HR at Singapore, you will be joining forces with a business that’s fast growing & a team that’s young and dynamic. The TA partner plays a quintessential role in proactively planning and preparing the end-to-end attraction strategy and execution.
Besides being at the front-end representing the company to potential talents, the person in this role will also lead the initiatives to streamline TA processes and optimise our ability to attract relevant talents effectively and efficiently, thereby connecting directly or indirectly to boost the sustainable growth and profitability of business in the country. The incumbent will support the ‘colleague journey’ (get, keep, grow, enable, inspire) and act as the link to bridge meaningful needs of our people and business deliverables.
Responsibilities
The TA Partner will manage and coordinate local efforts to ensure that colleague attraction initiatives are institutionalised in alignment with business relevance & priorities. The incumbent is expected to use a data-driven approach to identify external talents based on business needs supported by the strategic workforce planning process.
Colleague Attraction:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support the business hiring needs
• Assist in developing of appropriate job descriptions required for job postings.
• Source candidates using a variety of established and creative recruitment techniques.
• Pre-screen and interview qualified candidates; background checks of potential candidates as necessary
• Come up with relevant recruitment marketing initiatives to become the employer of choice in the market.
• Support the business in recruitment drives, campus recruitment and social media recruitment drives and other strategic recruitment related initiatives
Compliance and regulations:
• Ensure jobs are posted accurately internally and externally. Ensure all postings are as per local compliance/ TAFEP regulations
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external recruitment guidelines and policies.
Proactive Workforce Planning:
• Proactively plan workforce needs closely partnering with business and HR stakeholders taking interest in the short-medium and long-term business strategy.
• Contribute with analytics and trends to support informed decision making on hiring.
Process Innovation & Improvement
• Contribute to streamlining and improving recruitment processes to simplify and create candidate delight.
• Perform regular process quality assessments of our colleague hiring as and when required.
HR data and analytics
• Be hands-on in HR data and people analytics to represent all people insights supported by meaningful qualitative and quantitative data.
Pre-requisities
 1. At least 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to sourcing, recruiting, brand building, workforce planning and TA analytics.
 2. Excellent command of Business English, with both written & oral communication skills
 3. Tech Savviness in Digital tools & frameworks implementation
 4. Experience in supporting medium-scale HR transformation is highly desirable
 5. Driven and pro-active with a hands-on mentality and a positive attitude.
 6. Strong listening skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
 7. Ability to prioritize work and focus on high-priority tasks.
