Job Responsibilities

• Support Factory Manager in daily production activities in internal and external communications
• Negotiating renewal/new of factory related service contracts
• To monitor and management of quality of service of appointed service providers / contractors
• Purchasing, processing and ensure the purchased item is follow up and delivered in time
• Records maintenance

Job Duties:

• An integral role as a recruiter in fulfilling clients' staffing needs.

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and talent acquisition matters

• Conduct Interviews/phone screening and select potential candidates to meet clients' requirements.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Developing connections and new business and relationship management sources with existing accounts.

• Networking and building relationships with business partners and jobseekers

Description / Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree

• Entry Level to Experienced consultants welcome (Multiple positions)

• Strong passion for recruitment and people-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• CEI certified would be an advantage

• Self-motivated, proactive personality, willing to work and achieve goals in a team.

To be successful in this role you have:

• 8+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Able to converse fluently in Korean language and with hiring experience in Korea job market is a must
• Ability to consult, influence and manage clients
• Demonstrated personal accountability and has an ability to build strong, productive relationships across the business
• Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish
• Strong communication skills - ability to work cross functionally between the business and the internal staffing team
