Responsibilities Summary:

1. Product Innovation & Planning:
   -Develop and prioritize new product ideas based on market trends and customer insights.
   Conduct industry analysis, assess technologies, and define product features.
   Establish competitive positioning and unique selling points (USP).
   Create and manage NPD roadmaps, coordinating with teams using Agile methodologies.
2. New Product Development (NPD):
   -Engage contract manufacturers, collaborate with engineers, and oversee NPD discussions.
   Ensure formulations meet regulatory standards; lead product trials and testing.
   Define product specifications, finalize labeling, and coordinate packaging design.
   Provide technical documentation, research pricing, and propose costs.
   Present products to management for approval.
3. Product Launch Support:
   -Act as a technical resource for marketing; provide briefs and training to sales teams.
4. Post-Launch Management:
   -Monitor industry trends and product performance, identifying improvements.
   Address formula-related issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Process Development & Compliance:
   -Develop and enforce SOPs aligned with industry standards and QMS requirements.
6. Additional Duties:
   -Participate in projects and tasks to support company goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A degree in Nutrition, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Preferably, some experience in product development/management within the dietary supplement and health food industry.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules.
2. Ensure timely payments to vendors and prompt collections from customers.
3. Prepare and issue debit and credit notes as needed.
4. Process petty cash vouchers, prepare expense claims, and record transactions in the accounting system.
5. Coordinate and arrange payments to suppliers.
6. Reconcile suppliers’ statements of accounts.
7. Assist with quarterly GST submissions and ensure alignment between the accounting system and IRAS/Customs to meet MES compliance requirements.
8. Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, CAT, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with the Navision accounting system is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or a related discipline.
• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
• At least 3 years of experience in the WSH field, ideally in the construction sector.
• Ability to provide hands-on support at job sites and take a strategic approach to enhance EHS performance.
• Strong collaboration and team-working skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and dynamic with a passion for safety initiatives.
