Quantity Surveyor (Tender / Ang Mo Kio)

• 5 Days ; 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon - Fri)
• Working location: Ang Mo Kio
• Budget : $3.5K - $5k

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of tender submission
• Responsible for measurement of quantities & cost estimation
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors to get proposals/quotations and carry out evaluation
• Timely preparation of Bills of Quantities, technical data & unit rate Liaise, communicate and work with Sub contractors/vendors/supplies

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying
• Preferably with relevant work experience in the construction industry
