Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, fitting, and basic tool room machining tasks for mould development and process improvement in tool manufacturing.
• Collaborate with machining technicians for process planning and project scheduling.
• Review tooling designs with the Designer to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Assemble, fit, and troubleshoot tooling-related issues.
• Fabricate tooling components and inserts according to design specifications.
• Coordinate with Production Engineers to plan and execute mould testing.
• Ensure tooling manufacturing and trials adhere to the planned schedule.
• Implement corrective actions for first articles or parts that fail to meet specifications.
• Operate and maintain precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, calipers, optical measuring machines, and gauges.
• Maintain tool room facilities, ensuring proper usage and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a mould manufacturing toolroom environment.
• ITE or Nitec certification in Tool & Die Trade.

Responsibilities:

Managerial Function

• Lead and implement the strategic planning and execution of client and caregiver programs and services, including designing and implementing initiatives to establish a Centre of Excellence for Rehabilitation services.
• Spearhead the growth of clients, including exploring the strategic onboarding to the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) and other strategic partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Develop and manage the budget and resource requirements for the facilities and organization.
• Develop and standardize operational policies, processes, and protocols across Integrated Services, ensuring continuous improvement in clients' overall experiences.
• Collaborate with team members on client incidents and adverse events that occur during the delivery of services.
• Work with service leads to identify and address potential risks in work systems, processes, and service delivery that impact clients and the organization.
• Manage onboarding, staff performance, and talent development, including mentoring and supporting the continuous upgrading and certification of staff.
• Implement clinical audit strategies, ensuring the monitoring and maintenance of health and safety standards for services.
• Support the development of a business continuity plan.

Strategy and Care Model Development

• Oversee the teams in needs assessments, evidence reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
• Develop and pilot new strategies for programmes and facility design.
• Facilitate the development and implementation of competency frameworks and training roadmaps for community care providers.
• Engage with education, social, and health sector stakeholders to develop strategic approaches for acquired physical disability.
• Develop outreach strategies and care models tailored to the acquired physical disability population's needs

Capability Building and Resource Development

• Develop acquired physical disability competency frameworks in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Plan and implement specialized training and workshops for social and health professionals.
• Work with MSF and MOH to implement tiered care models and develop capacity plans for the community sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a social and healthcare-related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years’ management and operational experience in social and healthcare or community care sectors.
• Experience managing a P&L will be beneficial.
• Prior experience in acquired disability and programme implementation is advantageous.
