Job Scope:

• Civil & structure design, analysis and assessment for foundation, excavation, earth retaining structures, slope, instrumentation and site investigation.
• Plan, design, supervise & coordinate for civil structural engineering and infrastructure design and site works.

Account cum HR Executive

Job Scopes:

1. Closing Full Set of Accounts​​​​​​

• Prepare journal entries, adjustments and audit schedules to support

2. HR duties

• Assist in the recruiting process including job advertisement posting, resume screening and arranging of interviews.
• Generate HR documents: Employment Contract, Confirmation Letter, etc.
• Maintain and upkeep of HR database accurately, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, including scheduling pick-ups and deliveries with transportation providers, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery of products
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and records, including House bill of lading, Master bill of lading, declare export or import permit, submit shipping documents to co-loader or carrier, send pre-alert to destination agent and complete billing and job files closing.
