Roles & Responsibilities

• Participate in daily meetings with subcontractors and perform survey setting out of lines and points required for structural and architectural tasks.
• Communicate effectively with project staff and subcontractors to understand requirements and plan tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the precision of survey setting out lines and points, facilitating smooth handovers to minimize site work errors.
• Follow systematic procedures for setting out work, including verifying formwork levels before and after casting, and checking the verticality and alignment of walls and columns.
• Demonstrate confidence in survey work by conducting multiple checks and closing all tasks daily to avoid potential errors.
• Arrange for regular calibration and maintenance of surveying equipment, keeping accurate records to comply with audits and company standards.
• Coordinate with Licensed Land Surveyors to complete AMSL and As-Built Surveys with endorsements required for regulatory submissions.
• Contribute to site safety by supporting the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) initiatives led by the Project Manager and Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Enhance skills and knowledge by attending surveying courses and proposing innovative equipment or methods to improve site operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities within the project team to support cost-saving measures and overall project success.
• Mentor and guide new or junior land surveyors, ensuring a seamless transition into the team while maintaining site progress.

Position Summary

This role will be in charge of managing and administering compensation and benefit to drive the performance and satisfaction of our SEAO employees.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Review, analyze, design and enhance existing compensation and benefits policies and incentive programs to improve employee satisfaction and drive business needs

· Responsible / “go to person” for HRIS (Workday) in Performance Evaluation, Goal Setting, Compensation modules & etc.

· Churning reports from HRIS (Workday) and monitor the progression status of the Performance Evaluation and Goal Setting processes.

· Coordinating with BU/Dept in completing of the Performance Evaluation and Goal Setting processes.

· Provide Training to Managers and Employees on the C&B related HRIS (Workday) e.g. Performance Evaluation, Goal Setting, Compensation modules, etc.

· Responsible in coordinating the regional wide annual merit increment, promotion, bi-annual retention incentive plan exercises in a timely and efficient manner for Subsidiaries.

· Managing the annual merit increment, promotion, bi-annual retention incentive plan, bi-annual bonus in a timely and efficient manner for RHQ.

· Supporting and reviewing the Job Evaluation results and process for Subsidiaries and RHQ.

· Monit market trends and evaluate the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs

· Ensuring C&B policies and practices are legally compliant across the region and in line with business strategy and goals

· Manage and participate in compensation and benefits benchmarking surveys by Mercer or other consultancy companies, analyze the outcomes and provide suggestions accordingly

· Propose compensation and benefits packages that are aligned with the Company’s policy and guidelines and yet competitive to the market/ industry

· Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and internal equity, work on leveraging an ideal variable pay platform and pay mix

· Identify and recommend solutions and improvements to the current compensation and benefits work flow

· Participating in HQ/RHQ C&B projects

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in any related discipline with a minimum of 5 years in regional C&B role in a MNC environment
• Good understanding of compensation and benefits fundamentals, experience with mercer
• Hands-on team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Min 5 years working experience in HRIS related to C&B, regional experience preferred
• Experience in working with Mercer data
• Prior working experience/knowledge in Payroll would be advantageous but not mandatory
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint

Job Title: Venture Partner (Strategic partnership)

Location: Singapore and China (Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Xiamen)

Overview:
As the Venture Partner, you will be responsible for cultivating and expanding our high-impact relationships within the high-tech sectors of Singapore and China. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team to support Singaporean technology companies and entrepreneurs in entering the Chinese market, while also assisting Chinese technology firms in developing their presence and co-innovation projects in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing international innovation programs, as well as developing strategic public relations and content marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Partnership Development:

• Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships with technology companies, research institutes, universities, and industry associations in Singapore and China.

· Program Management:

• Lead a team of 5–7 staff to design and execute international innovation camps and venture-building programs tailored for Singaporean and Chinese technology companies.

· Market Expansion:

• Guide Singapore-based technology firms and entrepreneurs in navigating the Chinese market, including market entry strategies, partnership facilitation, and business development support.

· Public Relations & Marketing:

• Promote thought leadership through editorial content, speaking engagements, and participation in industry events.

Requirements:

· Education:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university.

· Experience:

• At least 10 years of business development experience in the technology sector.
• Proven track record in marketing and sales within a top-tier technology company is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience working in both Singapore and China, with a solid understanding of each market’s unique cultural and business landscapes.

• Fluency in both English and Business Mandarin.
