Job Description
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee retention, organizational development, training, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Develop, implement, review, and update HR policies to align with organizational goals.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.
- Provide strategic HR recommendations to top management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and planning for future human resource needs.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to develop annual staff headcount and cost budgets, generating necessary data to support decision-making.
- Monitor actual headcount and manpower costs against budgeted figures, ensuring adherence to financial plans.
- Manage staff retirement and re-employment processes in line with company guidelines, ensuring clear communication to employees and managers.
- Diagnose HR needs across departments and provide best-practice advice and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, delivering consistent and timely HR services.
- Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and skill gaps, supporting talent management initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate initiatives such as performance reviews and talent reviews within specified timelines.
- Oversee corporate communications, internal communications, and CSR activities, implementing social media strategies to enhance employer branding.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of HR experience (HR Generalist preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws, regulations, and taxation requirements.
- Resilient, capable of managing complexities and ambiguity.
- Results-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker, proactive, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on approach, creative problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of initiative.
