• Ensures HR database up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees, maintain proper administration of employee files, assists in data analysis and metric tracking
• • Provides administrative support on HR activities such as benefits administration, HR letters, track and process confirmation/work pass and other general HR duties as assigned
• Participates and support the roll out of HR initiatives/ projects.
• Prepares and collation of reports/documents to meet business timeline
• Any other general administrative duties/ad-hoc projects as assigned by immediate supervisor.
