Finance & HR Executive

• Working Days: 5 Days [Monday - Friday]
• Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Business or other closely related fields
• Must have at least 2 years experience in finance and hr-related work

Summary:

This position will play an integral function in ensuring business operations is efficient and according to set corporate company policies. You will be responsible in ensuring data security & corporate and client confidentiality is not compromised. The Executive (Finance/HR) will provide corporate finance and HR support in addition to some administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

1. Office Management (General Admin)

• Co-ordinates office maintenance with appropriate vendors
• Manages office supplies inventory & places order through the appointed vendors.
• Manages & coordinate postal/courier services
• Manages the cleanliness of the office.

3. HR Management

• Review, propose and implement HR Policies & procedures
• Manage recruitment function which include on-board/off-board, orientation and work pass application
• Manage leave records and schedules of staff and co-workers
• Manage the training and development of staff and co-workers which include activities planning

Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for payroll calculation (eg, salaries, leave, commission, and other compensation calculations)
• Prepare HR reports such as movement, headcount, summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
• Perform payroll services according to MOM and company policies
• Well versed in and to keep abreast of the MOM, CPF, IR8A (Income Tax) and IR21 (Tax Clearance)
• Responsible for implementing a new payroll setup (database, payroll & leave administration)
• Keep track of all employees leave records and update them on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for other administrative duties within the payroll team
• Post-Payroll activities, including provision for the bonus, managing month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, and answering employee payroll inquiries.
• Liaise closely with operations managers, and executives on overtime and allowances payment.
• Perform recruitment and selection of staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources and/or end to end HR payroll processes
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Payroll department within Singapore
• Ability to handle high volume payroll work & adapt to change
• Action-orientated, detail minded and organized
• Solid in payroll procedures, payroll software exposure and Microsoft office.
• Must be good in excel application and sensitive to numbers
• Well-versed in Singapore Employment Law an advantage
• Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills

Assistant Engineer / Technician / Engineer (Fire Alarm System)

Salary range: $2000 - $3000 ; $3000 - $4000 for Engineer
Work location: Jalan Kayu [Sengkang]
Working Days: Monday to Friday + weekend required to standby sometime
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

Job Description

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of fire protection system such as fire alarm system, sprinkler system, hosereel system, hydrant system and fire extinguisher.

Requirements:

• Experience in the design, installation, programming, maintenance and repairs of conventional and addressable fire alarm system
• Able to interpret the fire alarm schematic diagrams
• Being experienced in CAD is an advantage
• Have a class 3 driving license (Suitable candidates may be allowed to drive home company van)
• Able to work over the weekends (standby)
• Able to work in construction sites
