THE ROLE: Regional HR Manager

• HR Business Partnering
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor and business partner to business units across the region.

We are seeking a HR & Operations Executive to take on a critical role in managing the company’s human resources, office operations, and strategic programs. Leave Administration:

• Manage the Leave group mailbox.
• Support various leave management tasks, including joiner leave, annual leave, year-end leave calculations, and staff queries.
• Coordinate with staff, managers, and HR (BP, Payroll) to gather necessary information for calculating actual leave entitlements and leave day utilization.
• Assist in system enhancements, review the leave application process, prepare user requirements, and conduct UAT for the Leave System.
