Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in engineering, chemical, or water industries.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while managing hiring managers' expectations.
• Experience in internship recruitment and networking with universities and polytechnics.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including PowerPoint, Visier, and Workday.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently and effectively.

HR & Admin Executive Position

We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to support our HR and Admin functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR administration as well as assisting the Director with day-to-day activities. In this role, the candidate should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. The candidate should also be a reliable problem-solver with strong project management skills.

Job Descriptions

Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Manage employee records and assist with new hire onboarding
• Update employee information in the HR system
• Coordinate and organise employee training sessions and maintain training records
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Generate HR review reports and facilitate HR reviews
• Plan for employees' career progression in consultation with Management
• Monitor and manage employee time off requests, sick leave, vacation, and personal day offs
• Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
• Maintain compliance with local labour laws and regulations

Administration

• Work with Admin teammates on various training- and admin-related duties
• Provide on-site support during training
• Assist Admin & Office Manager in upkeep of office & training areas
• Maintain documents and files from day-to-day operations
• Ensure records are archived securely
• Work with various teams to ensure seamless front-back and back-end operations
• Assist with enquiries from general public
• Work on tasks that relate to external partners and parties
• Assist with other administrative tasks, as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Executive, Admin Executive or similar role
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of office procedures and billing
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive (experience in CRM will be an advantage)
• Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
