Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the HR & Operational Manager
• Manage and perform all functions and aspects of HR with focus on the day-to-day administrative duties, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, and the Onboarding and Offboarding of all employees
• Assist in other functions such as Benefits Administration, Payroll, Training & Development, and Performance Management
• Provide support to line manager(s) and staff on the aspect of disciplinary issues and Company HR policies
• Assist in administering HR letters or memos to employees
• Assist in managing the HRS system and leave track record
• Assist in maintaining the staff docket and employee personal files
• Manage the overall application, renewal, and cancellation processes of work passes, including its pre- and post-requisites
• Assist in the submission of governmental surveys, enquiry requests and such
• Assist in preparing and filing for employee income tax returns, whether IR8A or IR21
• Any other HR-related duties and or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline
• Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience in Human Resources
• Well-verse in computer applications i.e. Microsoft Office, etc.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
