Salary: Up to $3500 + 1 month AWS + 15% of annual base salary

• To assist in job advertisements, partnering with recruiter, screening resume and scheduling interviews
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation sessions

• Tracking of employee confirmation and issuance of confirmation letter

• Prepare monthly HR reports such as headcount report, man-hour report, flexible benefit report, safety hours report and leave summaries.

• Manage office supplies, stationery, courier services and ensure office environment is well maintained.
• Schedule meetings, manage outlook calendars and assist in preparing meeting materials
• Provide administrative assistance to Senior Management or other department as needed

1. Ensure pre-employment requirements are completed for new hires
2. Schedule onboarding and conduct orientation sessions

• Handle Work/Staff Pass administration which includes the following:

1. Administer timely and accurate processing of work pass application and renewals

Job Description

• Oversee and handle staff benefits-related issues, such as calculating leave quotas and managing insurance or transport applications enrollments and cancellations.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry and maintenance of data in the HR system.
• Prepare and deliver monthly reports and statistics to Payroll for payment processing and recovery.
