Organizational Structure and Workflow Optimization

• Evaluate and restructure the organizational hierarchy, focusing on interdepartmental dynamics and internal processes.

Policy Creation and Execution

• Design, develop, and enforce comprehensive office policies, such as: Remote Work Policy, Loan Guidelines, Leave Policies, Travel Allowance, Phone Usage and Benefits Policies

Performance Management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Job Descriptions

• Handle full set of accounts and General Ledger
