• Conduct community needs assessments to identify service gaps, driving informed decision-making on program development and resource allocation.

Casework and Supervision

• Provide oversight and guidance for complex and high-risk cases, including supervision of case reviews and documentation through SSNET or other systems.

Research and Evaluation

• Identify and oversee research projects to enhance service delivery where relevant.

Administrative and Operational Support

• Assist with day-to-day operational management, including budgeting, resource allocation, and facilities oversight.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and maintain comprehensive documentation of service activities.

Other Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide crisis management support and consultation to staff during off-hours as needed.
• Lead special projects, assignments, or programs for the agency, when required.

Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work / Psychology / Counselling or related discipline.
• Post graduate qualification in Management / Human Resource / Public Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record in social service organizations and program management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff.

Our works involve working in laundry environment without any aircon, every supervisor will take charge of about 12-24 workers in their team according to competency, able to plan daily routine , rest days and work schedule according to clients requirement and to enforce strict rules at work and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating construction tasks according to the master and detailed work schedules.
• Prepare and submit essential project documents such as timelines, method statements, design plans, risk evaluations, and monthly updates.
• Oversee construction work to ensure it adheres to contract terms, drawings, quality standards, and Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) guidelines.
• Collaborate with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on all aspects of the project, providing solutions and ensuring proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the construction and infrastructure industry.
