Payroll matters:

To establish and well organize the filing system of the master list of the employees. Administer payroll, benefits and leave management with precision and efficiency. To ensure the Company is fully compliance with labor laws and internal policies, addressing any discrepancies proactively.

As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for executing the full range of HR functions, from employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management to employee relations and regulatory compliance.
