• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-6.15 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3600 + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• To handle Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development schedules for operation staff.
• Perform HR software Management maintenance.
• Employee First Day Orientation Program.
• Issuing of laptop to Employee and return upon resignation of staff.
• Employee Lifecycle & Promotion.
• Employee Relations & Problem-solving between employee conflict.
• Upkeep HR Policies.
• To provide HR support to overseas subsidiaries.
• Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience in Infortech HR software
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices

• Support HR Manager in all aspects of HR functions
• Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency in company operations.
• Facilitate recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and preparing for hiring. Collaborate with recruitment agencies to ensure effective and efficient recruitment procedures.
• Take charge of the onboarding and offboarding processes for interns and manage the submission and tracking of grant applications.
• Provide assistance with administrative tasks such as managing postal and dispatch arrangements, welcoming guests, and supporting office management. Support procurement processes for office supplies and stationery, as well as assist with the preparation and verification of claims.
• Stay consistently updated on all regulatory requirements to ensure compliance at all times.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience in IT/Gaming industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a requirement.
• Available for work from July 2023 to Dec 2023

Responsibilities

• To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation respond to enquiries
• To liaise work sheet and assist manager in distribution of work
• To administrate on inspector certification and all other relevant documentations
• To administrate on inspector mob / demob requirement for project specific related matters
• To administrate source of suppliers on inspection department consumables and tools
• To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
• Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant area
