- Preparation of employment contract and any HR–related letters

- Maintain employees’ database, leave records and maintenance of stall personnel file

- Prepare monthly payroll

- Responsible for Year-End IRAS submission

Administrative Work

- Assist in the day to day productions/operations support

- Responsible for general filing and updating of documents into computer system records

- Conduct PPE end month stock taking

Other Miscellaneous

- Handling stakeholder enquiries

- Monthly distribution of PPE

- Any ad hoc task assigns by management

Job Responsibilities

• Teaching piano lessons 1 – 1 class to students age from 5 and above.
• Teaching group piano lessons to students age 5 and above
• Manage music learning journey and goals of each student
• Teach holiday programmes and short term courses
• Chart learning goals for each and every student.
• Train students to perform in recitals and other types of performances or competitions.
• Meet parents to discuss about student's progress.
• Help out in events and other ad-hoc projects.
• Attend meetings with the team and leader.
• Prepare students for the ABRSM examination.
• Train students in the fundamental skills - Technique, aural, theory, sight reading and performance.
• In charge of the administrative aspect for the students (ordering books, recording learning progress etc.).
• Conduct internal examinations.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Music (Teaching/Performance) or other related related studies.
• Candidates with Diploma in Teaching/Performance may be considered if they have at least few years of teaching experience and supporting credentials.
• Strong understanding of the ABRSM syllabus and the classical music industry.
• Must have relevant experience as Piano teacher
