• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent
• Has minimum 10 years of HR experience or related
• Prior experience in construction industries is an added advantage
• Knowledge of payroll processes is preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Working location: Tuas

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 7.30am to 5.00pm

Salary: $1,800 – $2,700 + OT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting reported issues, making the corresponding repairs.
• Responsible to conduct routine Maintaining and repairing equipment.
• Write and keep a service report/history in order to use this data to diagnose and address future issues.
• Data analysis to assess the performance of machinery.
• Communicating with and supporting engineers
• Documenting machine safety and maintenance
• Report to immediate reporting immediately when abnormality is found at work.
• Ability to work on fundamental tools like screwdrivers, alan-keys, calipers, gas-welding/cutting apparatus, power grinders.
• To ensure proper housekeeping is carried out daily.
• Complete any other adhoc tasks assigned by immediate reporting/Plant Manager.

Requirement:

• At least 3 years of working experience in the mechanical engineering field.
• Must have hand-on repair experience on assembly line, welder machine.
• Hands-on 80% at work. Knowledgeable with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
