Requirements

· High level knowledge, skills and experience in HR consulting, Deep understanding of Singapore labour law. Knowledge of organizational design, HR due diligence, global HR is preferred.

· At least 5 - 10 years’ experience as Consultant or Manager in HR Consultancy firm, HRBP or planning role in non-Consultancy firm will be considered.

• Experience in HR Management, Project Management in HR policy implementation, Learning and Development role with proven track record of achievements in areas such as developing leadership learning journey or competency-based learning solutions. Job evaluation is desirable.
