Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Must know labour law and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) implementation.
• At least 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry is preferred

• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
