• Mon – Fri 9am – 6pm | Weekends if required (Base on project)
• Office: Middle Rd (Nearest MRT: Bencoolen) ; will need travel to site

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement installation works for our products especially glass partitions, operable walls, stretch membrane, and acoustic panelling
• Coordinating and preparing project documentation/shop drawings/as-built drawings for submission to clients
• Able to read and prepare construction technical drawings and related installation works, including site measurements
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers and main contractors to ensure projects are completed according to quality, cost and time requirements
• Work with suppliers and installers to overcome technical challenges
• Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Attend safety toolbox and other site meetings
• Monitor inventory levels

Job Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in the construction field
• Experience in managing construction projects / supervisory in relevant field
• Will need to commit weekends for oversee or monitor the project if required

• Ensuring all necessary equipment is ready and useable
• Stock taking of all items in training centre eg. assessments, learners guides, refreshments etc.
• Providing customers with information regarding courses and general enquiries
• In charge of class registration and deduction and collection of course fees
• Planning for class schedules and resources
• Ensuring that documents are in order before handing over
• Weekly reminders to learners to attend courses
• Submission of and endorsement of training grants
• Submission and endorsement of E-Certs
• Weekly updating and submission of Training Quality and Outcome Measurement (TRAQOM) for upcoming courses
• To assist in admin matters
• File documents and consolidate/ update data.
• Any other work as assigned.

Requirements

• Computer Skills include Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• IT savvy in using Training Management System to input learners information, enrollment, re-schedule and updating payments respectively for every course attended.
• Ensuring errors and lapse in documentation and administration are kept to a minimum
• Good listener and Team player

Responsibilities
