Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
· Maintain employee records related to payroll, benefits, leaves, and attendance systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
· Handle statutory compliance and other regulatory requirements, including periodic filings and payments.
· Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll-related transactions and generate required reports.
· Address payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions.
· Support HR operations by assisting in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining HR documentation.
· Coordinate employee benefits administration, such as insurance renewals, medical claims, and leave management.
· Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
· Conduct periodic audits of payroll and HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
· Prepare and present payroll and HR-related reports for management, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in payroll management and HR operations.
· Strong knowledge of payroll software, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
· Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
· Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with HR management systems (HRMS) is an advantage.
