Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably within a multinational company.
• Extensive experience in HR operations and/or employee relations.
• A solution-focused, open-minded approach to challenges.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll processes and local labor law, with excellent communication skills (fluency in English is essential).
